About Nicolas
Nicolas Rosenstein had been working in the heavy civil construction industry for 16 years. After gaining field experience related to applying survey information to civil construction and constructability, he advanced to a position of plan interpretation, data preparation and quality control for field surveyors. Nicolas adopted and added to already established templates and procedures for best practices. He also was a part of the development of Northline Surveying's sUAS division which continues to produce deliverable materials to clients in terms of topographic and mapping needs as well as quantity calculations and site monitoring.

Gold Basin Landslide Habitat Restoration
GCCM: Goodfellow Bros. for The Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians
Mr. Rosenstein assisted in recovering project control in order to establish a ground control network for photogrammetry use. He performed site flights and processed the resulting data to produce topographic map deliverables to compare as built information with design intent.
NE 16th St and Jefferson Ave NE Stormwater Green Connections
GCCM: Strickland and Sons for The City of Renton
Mr. Rosenstein established ground control based on project control for photogrammetric use. He performed site flights in order to produce topographic maps of the site for quantity comparison purposes.
35th Ave SE Phase 2
GCCM: RL Alia for Snohomish County
Mr. Rosenstein performed scheduled monthly site flights in order to monitor progress of grading along the length of the project. This information was also used to determine volume calculations for various excavations and fills.
Pussyfoot Creek Fish Passage
GCCM: Rodarte for WSDOT
Mr. Rosenstein performed site flights and used photogrammetric methods to determine existing conditions in order to evaluate as built stream restoration construction compared to design intent at the conclusion of the project.

Mr. Rosenstein performed site flights to gather information to produce pre construction drawings showing existing conditions on project datum.
